I am a founding partner of File & Trust in Tehran, where I offer our clients longstanding and cross-border expertise in managing national and international disputes.


My practice-area is International Contracts, with a focus on International Trade Law and Foreign Investments, notably in Europe and also in Iran. Having acted as a counsel and expert in over 20 cases, I have in-depth experience in managing complex disputes including investment agreements, shareholders' rights, claims against States, breach of negotiations and bank guarantees. My sector experience is comprised of work for high-profile clients in the construction, arbitration and IP, as well as in the sectors of energy, commodities trade and sports.

As a Counsel, I have mediation skills enabling me to identify when there is room for an agreement, how to deal with the most entangled disputes and reach settlement in the most effective, fair and reasonable manner.

I am equally fluent in Persian, English, and Russian and have a good working knowledge of French.
